Our board
Carr-Gomm’s board of trustees sets our direction and makes sure that we carry out our work within the law and regulation, and in the best interests of the people we help. Five of the 15 members are Carr-Gomm clients, who are elected to the board by other clients for a term of 3 years each.
The board are legally responsible for everything that Carr-Gomm does and their decisions must be carried through by the Directors. Chief Executive, Gary Lashko, is also our Company Secretary.

Carr-Gomm client board member
A board of trustees works best when the members have a variety of skills and experience that matches the needs of the organisation. Carr-Gomm board members are recruited when a vacancy arises, based on an analysis of the skills and experience of our current members.
We are always keen to hear from people who would like to become trustees. Expertise in strategic management, IT, HR finance and property is particularly welcome. To find out more about sharing your skills to improve services for vulnerable people, go to Join the board.
