Carr-Gomm – transforming care and support

Our people

Carr-Gomm’s biggest asset is our people. They deserve a safe and supportive workplace that recognises individual skills and talent.

“The staff are all extremely dedicated and believe in what they do.”

When you meet our staff, you will see their special commitment to delivering services that empower vulnerable people. The dedication of Carr-Gomm’s staff is a key strength in the organisation, according to the stakeholders taking part in our recent survey of their views of our work.

When we asked our clients what they valued most about Carr-Gomm, staff and support came out at the top:

“Carr-Gomm staff are supportive, kind and helpful and I know if there was a problem it could be easily sorted out”

Carr-Gomm is recognised as an Investor in People and we have increased our investment in training and support for all staff. In 2004 we created a new senior team to lead us into our birthday year. For more information on the directors and their teams, go to Our structure.
