Outcomes
Carr-Gomm has produced a new outcomes toolkit called Measuring Change.
It allows clients to:
- agree the areas they wish to work on with staff
- set their own goals
- see the progress they make over time
The toolkit is designed so that it is easy for clients to use, either on their own or with staff.
