Our performance
Carr-Gomm’s Business Plan outlines six key objectives, under the headings:
- Financial Viability
- Skills
- Knowledge
- Quality
- Outcomes
- Markets
For each objective, the Executive Team identified the challenges Carr-Gomm faces in achieving the objective and subsidiary objectives/ targets that were measurable. These are our Performance Indicators.
Taken as a whole, the range of 25 objectives and indicators give an overall picture of the health and progress of the organisation. Individually, they represent a measure of improvement (or otherwise) in particular areas of activity.
A paper showing performance against the Business Plan Performance Indicators will be presented to the Board and every six months and posted on this website, after being agreed by our Board.
