Annual accounts and reviews

As a charity and registered housing association, we have to make our accounts and a report from the Chair of our board available to the public. The accounts are produced by our Finance department and are checked or “audited” by an independent company.

Carr-Gomm’s auditors are Baker Tilly and the latest set of accounts, audited by them in summer 2008, are available to download here (please note that this is a large file and may take some time to download):
